Endeavor Catalyst has successfully closed its fifth fund, reaching $320 million in capital commitments as of October 7-8, 2026. This achievement brings the firm’s total assets under management to more than $850 million. The fund is especially significant for founders outside the Bay Area, who may be overlooked as investment focus shifts toward AI companies in Silicon Valley. Endeavor Catalyst operates as the venture arm of Endeavor, a nonprofit based in New York that has spent 30 years supporting entrepreneurs in areas outside major tech hubs, referred to as 'elsewhere' in its outreach.
The fund is managed by a team led by Allen Taylor, a veteran with over 20 years of experience at the organization, and Jackie Carmel, who has been with Endeavor Catalyst for 12 years. They are supported by a dedicated 16-member team. Linda Rottenberg, co-founder of Endeavor, emphasizes that half of the fund's profits will support future generations of founders in these regions.
