The Global Young Innovators Challenge 2026 concluded successfully on October 19, 2026, at JBCN International School in Borivali, in collaboration with SP Jain School of Global Management. This year’s competition attracted over 700 students from 42 schools, all competing in entrepreneurship projects aimed at students in grades 9 to 12. The challenge provided a platform for young minds to showcase their innovative ideas and solutions to real-world problems.
Among the numerous projects submitted, Project Zenitech from Reliance Foundation School emerged as the winner, earning its team a fully funded place at the SP Jain Singapore Summer School, valued at SGD 3,200. This recognition highlights the creativity and hard work of the winning students while emphasizing the importance of entrepreneurship education in developing future leaders and innovators. The challenge focused on fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among students, encouraging them to think critically and creatively.
Participants were tasked with developing projects that could address various societal issues, showcasing their ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations. The competition served as an excellent opportunity for students to collaborate, learn from each other, and gain valuable feedback from industry experts. As runners-up, projects Sustain X and Change Trinity also received recognition for their innovative concepts.
Their participation and success in the challenge reflect a growing interest in entrepreneurship among youth and the potential for these young innovators to make a significant impact in various fields. The Global Young Innovators Challenge not only rewards creativity but also aims to inspire students to pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations. By providing platforms for young people to express their ideas, the initiative contributes to a culture of innovation and problem-solving that is essential for societal progress.
Looking forward, organizers plan to expand the challenge in future years, inviting even more students to participate and fostering the next generation of innovators.
